About TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange)
TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) is a framework for information security assessments developed by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). Companies in the automotive industry use it to assess the information security of their suppliers and service providers. The TISAX framework provides a standardized approach for conducting assessments and exchanging assessment results between companies, which helps to reduce the time and resources required for each evaluation. TISAX assessments are based on the international standard ISO/IEC 27001 and cover data protection, access controls, physical security, and business continuity.
