Bansi holds degrees in Engineering (Electrical) and MBA (IT and Finance). He has provided advisory services to top-notch clients such as Credit Suisse, Zurich Insurance, Novartis, Nestle, GSK, General Motors, UBS, Lloyd TSB, BP, Shell, RTA, and BT. He has worked extensively for clients in Europe, EMEA, and the US, offering CXOs advisory services in continual improvement, optimization, outsourcing, and rationalization.
Bansi is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean coach, GRC expert, and Ron Kauffmann certified service excellence coach. He has delivered numerous service excellence engagements for Fortune 100 clients.

Sabyasachi Mishra is the VP of Sales & Operations, passionate about building new products and driving innovative changes. He has diverse experience in program management, process re-engineering, and product development gained from his work at Intel and Target Corporation, both Fortune 500 companies.
Sabya holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Utkal University and currently leads the development of innovative solutions in areas such as audit and compliance, managing surplus food, and customer centricity at Univate Solutions. He brings a unique combination of technical and business acumen to the table, ensuring that Univate Solutions delivers innovative solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of its clients.

Dr. Chandan Mohanty
Executive Director
Dr. Chandan Mohanty is an Executive Director with over 14 years of experience in healthcare quality and accreditation, including JCI, NABH, CAP, and NABL. As a trained medical doctor and healthcare quality consultant, he has worked with several leading healthcare facilities in India, Southeast Asia, and the Gulf region.
Dr. Chandan believes that optimal utilization of resources and waste reduction is crucial in the healthcare industry to elevate productivity through standardized healthcare services that meet various national and international healthcare requirements and accreditation systems. As the founder of “Mediance Consultancy” and a healthcare quality consultant, he has completed over 14 JCI Accreditation and 150 NABH Accreditation projects.
Dr. Chandan has actively contributed as a “medical planner” in hospital information system planning, designing, and development. He has proven experience in preparing documentary systems, designing and implementing hospital-wide key performance indicators, individual patient and system tracers, infection control management, hospital-wide safety and risk management, medical record audit management, quality assurance management, ongoing performance practice evaluation (OPPE) for doctors, training management, and alignment of hospital information systems (HMIS) with JCI and NABH accreditation standards.
